Tip 1#

I wanted to share with you my lovely friends that today my weight today is 158.4 pounds! If I can do it you can do it too. 🙂

Tip #1

My biggest tip when trying to loose weight would be to not have anything in your kitchen that you don’t want to be eating. I know that it sounds obvious but when I took the decision to really dedicate time into getting back in shape it was hard to stop eating bread, cookies, sugar, brownies, all that junk food that isn’t good for your body! When I stopped bringing it home (Even if I wanted it, there wasn’t any!).  When I am hungry or craving a snack I look around and see fruit, this sweet taste satisfies my craving .
